We ship special orders globally from our manufacturing facilities in the heart of the EU. And from stock in our holding facilities in Dublin.nd Hungary.
How it works
The process is simple, step one is selecting a unique Hardwood floor for your project. To do that we suggest that you request at least three samples at minimum charge to assist you in your decision making. We would ask you to inform yourself about our products as much as possible and we would be glad to take any calls on any technical or installation queries you may have. To place an order you must fill out a client contact form attached. Be mindful that if you are a homeowner or a business getting a new build or renovation works done you can ask your builder to purchase the product for you and we will be in a position to export within the EU net of VAT. If you are a business owner with a legitimate VAT number getting similar works done , the same applies. Once the order is placed a proforma invoice is produced with lead times and delivery dates. A 50% deposit is required at this point. Once the product is ready for shipping you will be notified and tracking numbers for your delivery will be supplied. The balance of the invoice will be required prior to the goods leaving the factory.
